Can you believe it's been six weeks already since we started this?!
Exercise:
I have a love-hate relationship with Chris at the YMCA. She works the class real hard in the core workshop, but I love the results. Tonight, I got out with Jessie the dog, although our trail through the field has disappeared. It was hard going and I wished I'd worn my snow-shoes. Jessie didn't seem to notice.
Eating:
I figure I have to limit my food intake to only 7 points for breakfast, 7 for lunch and 7 for dinner. This doesn't even include snacks! It is a struggle, but some days seem a little easier than others.
Events:
I've never been one for memorization, but the Beth Moore Believing God Bible study that I'm doing encourages us to memorize scripture verses. We are working on Mark 9:24 and Romans 4:23-24 (I'll try to write them without looking)...Mark 9:24 Immediately the boy's father said, I believe, help me with my unbelief. Hey not bad, it really is "Immediately the boy's father exclaimed,'I do believe; help me with my unbelief!"
Now let me try Romans 4:23-24 The words "It was credited him", were not only meant for him, but also for us, who put our faith in Jesus Christ our Lord who credited us with righteousness. Okay, this one is much tougher. It really is: "The words, "It was credited to him" were written not for him alone, but also for us, to whom God will credit righteousness - for us who believe in him who raised Jesus our Lord from the dead."
Any tips on memorizing?
