Week 4: Day 3

Exercise:
I had a good session at the Y at lunch, walked the dog this evening, and got in four songs on Dance Central. Good exercise day!

Eating:
One of the best buys out there is a fully cooked chicken you can pick up at mostly all supermarkets. Add a bag of salad and 2-minute brown rice and you've got a great meal in record time at an affordable price.

Events:
I'm excited to start reading Ann Voskamp's new book, One Thousand Gifts. I heard her speak at last year's Write! Canada conference and found her so inspiring. Her written words are beautiful.
