Day 5 - Wednesday

Exercise:
I made it to the Y just in time to sign up for the Spin class. I've only spun twice before. Once over 15 years ago when I felt like I was going to throw up after the class, and again a few weeks ago. I made it through 25-minutes of what felt like mostly uphill biking....and I didn't throw up! It was a tough go but I felt good afterward.

Eating:
22 points is just not enough to get me through my day! Each time I get to supper I've got less than a handful of points left. I'm going to have to pack on the veggies...low points.

Events:
Pretty uneventful day at work. One of the things I like best about my current job is the chance I have to listen to my favourite radio station. It's Life 100.3 and I love to listen to Focus on the Family at 9:00 a.m. and then James MacDonald (he's Canadian, eh) at 9:30 a.m. Super way to start the day.
