Autumn is upon us and with the cooler weather I find myself searching in my closet for warmer clothes. I don't like the idea of adding bulk to my frame, but layering is the best way to go at this time of year. With cooler mornings and higher temperatures in the afternoon, it's a good idea to wear outfits that can be shedded as the day goes on.

Tip #20: Keep a Food Diary
A food diary is helpful to get a general idea of your daily calorie and fat intake. It will make you accountable to yourself and more attentive to what you put in your mouth, when, and in what amounts. Keep a detailed food diary for seven to 10 days.
