Dear Lord -- On the hot, hazy and humid days, I pray that You will continue to motivate me to exercise. Whether it be by swimming in the pool, riding my bike or strength training in the basement, I pray that You will give me the energy to move my body. In Jesus' name, I pray.
Tip 19: Vary your routine
You may be less likely to get bored or injured if you change your routine. Walk one day and bicycle the next.
Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6 NIV).
Challenge: Try a new routine, a new exercise, and/or a new time of the day to exercise.
